INCLUSION MEMBERSHIP MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION - KEY ACCOUNTABLES Advise DE&I leaders, ERG Leads, and be the go-to expert for best practices in diversity and inclusion. Assist leaders in achieving Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, Equity, and Culture (DIBEC) objectives and global aspirations. Facilitate learning in the DIBEC space with Members, Clients and on the DIAL Inclusion Hub Manage a portfolio of Clients and Members Identify new business development opportunities and nurture existing clients and members. Design sustainable ways to measure progress, contributing to the analysis of metrics to drive change. Collaborate with the analytics team to design and report on DIBEC metrics across various aspects of diversity. Oversee priority projects and initiatives for clients globally, ensuring timely completion. Engage stakeholders with cultural adaptability and model inclusive leadership. Help clients align DEI agendas and incorporate best practices from external benchmarks. PLACE OF WORK Your role is hybrid, meaning you will primarily work from your home address with travel required to a shared workspace in Leamington Spa as necessary for business operations. You may also be required to work at other locations or outside the UK based on the business’s needs. Reasonable notice will be given for any required travel.
