Bank Support Staff Required – Chorley

We are recruiting Bank Support Staff to work flexibly in Chorley schools, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including:
1. Autism (ASC)
2. Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
3. ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities
Responsibilities include:
1. Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with SEN
2. Help manage challenging behaviors and encourage positive engagement
3. Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and social skills development
4. Support children with personal care (if required) and mobility needs
5. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff to create a nurturing and structured environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
