We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our products are heavy, and lifting is a massive part of this role, so we need people who are comfortable doing this. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to account queries, Intercompany queries and supplier invoice queries throughout the group. Ensure compliance with all company administration policies and procedures. Complete all work correctly and efficiently, with good office housekeeping. Participate in stock take duties as required. Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager. Comply with all Company policies & procedures (HR, Health & Safety, Business Controls etc.). Undertake duties in a manner compliant with the Company’s Core Values – Personalised, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable and Efficient. Desirable: Experience in an Administrative role. Knowledge of office systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers etc. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
