Job Responsibilities:
Providing service management support and expertise to colleagues at all times
Ensure that services are safe, effective, person centred and of the highest quality
Maintaining quality and compliance of the service to CQC standards
Lead the performance, supervise, coach and mentor your teams
Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure that regulatory requirements are met
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, promoting the service of the business
Skills and Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, within a healthcare environment
Experience of managing teams, setting standards and motivating colleagues
Care Diploma, level 3 or above
Sound knowledge of 'person centred' care
Experience in risk assessments and support planning
