Together, we build innovative and useful products that elevate people's lives everywhere every day About the role Ensure smooth running of ICT systems with minimum downtime Responsible for providing 1st – 3rd line support on all Enterprise ICT systems and software Perform regular maintenance and monitoring of systems Maintain and Implement Information Security Best Practices Support Projects and New Systems Implementation Provide backup / delegate for the IT Manager role during periods of absence What you’ll do in the role Ensure the smooth running of all IT services including Servers, Telephony, Internet, Print, VPN and Email Monitor, manage and maintain the day to day health and operation of the Osprey Servers, Networks, Telephony, Enterprise software and backup systems Support the identification and resolution of issues in a timely manner using appropriate resources, escalating where necessary Manage relationships with 3rd party support providers Maintain records of all IT equipment, Software and licences Schedule and Manage timely upgrades and updates of software systems Assist with the development of standard operating procedures Optimise current software capabilities by providing user training Assist in the development of new systems and processes Follow and promote Best Practice to ensure Company Systems and Data are protected from threats What will help you do the job well Essential: 3 years working in an 3rd Line Support role, working with and management of 3rd party service providers, hands on support of Microsoft / Linux operating systems Hands on Dell or similar server implementation and support Hands on Samsung or similar telephony system support configuration Installation and Support of servers and data storage solutions Support Windows Domain tools including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Development and implementation of firewall rules in a corporate environment Support and Development of VMware vSphere and other virtualized environments MS SQL Server installation and support MS Exchange onsite / offsite installation and support Strong understanding of Corporate IT hardware and Software Strong understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, routing, VLANS, WAN Support of IP based telephony systems, ISDN30 / POTS Support of local and cloud based backup solutions Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
