Our client has an amazing opportunity to join their well established private lettings agency as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. You will need to have a strong background in a lettings background and knowledge of the area. The right candidate will have passion to deliver high customer services and result driven.

Monday Friday
9:00am 5:30pm
Company car included
The Responsibilities:
Liaise directly with landlords and tenants.
Procure new properties.
Advertise properties across relevant channels.
Manage rent deposits and collections, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
Advise landlords and tenants on tenancy agreements and property maintenance.
Work closely with clients.
The Skills & Requirements:
Must be ARLA registered.
A strong background in lettings management.
Proven experience in rent guarantee insurance.
