Salary: £11.66 per hour
Full-time Role: 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Do:
1. Provide person-centred support to young adults in their 20’s with learning disabilities and complex health needs, including supporting with their personal care, manual handling, medication administration, and household tasks.
2. Foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
3. Build meaningful connections and create opportunities for social engagement and recreation.
4. Drive the people we supports' Mobility Vehicles to enable access to community activities and outings.
Shifts:
5. Various shift patterns: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, or long days.
6. We are seeking individuals who can work flexibly across our rota including both weekdays and weekends.
