Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Manage the company’s social media presence across digital channels including LinkedIn, YouTube etc Measure?and report on the performance of the company’s digital marketing campaigns and social media channels Coordinate marketing campaigns, surveys and regular newsletters using a CRM system Create videos and podcasts for internal and external comms Help to maintain and develop the company website including creating landing pages, writing news items, ensuring the website is up to date and maximised for SEO Manage the company intranet and liaise with HR for people related posts Content Drive and manage the company’s content strategy and activity Responsible for copywriting and editing, working with the business to write Thought Leadership articles and campaign content Help the business to optimize the use of AI to increase efficiency and improve quality of our content Brand To manage the Verlingue brand across all channels with the rest of the Marketing team Design – to create marketing collateral and manage external agencies Person Specification Qualifications Marketing degree/qualification Skills, Knowledge & Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Aptitude for digital marketing and video Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics Design skills such as InDesign Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach Adaptable and flexible REF-220 696
