This role offers the opportunity to lead employee relations processes and build a high-performing HR function in a values-driven organisation.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading on complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice and solutions.
* Ensuring consistency, compliance, and fairness in all employee relation processes.
* Supporting managers and employees with best practices, legislation, and company policies.
* Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to support a high-performing team.
* Collaborating with the Director of People to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
* Championing leadership development and succession planning across the organisation.
* Driving initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
What you bring to the table
* A strong background in employee relations and HR generalist expertise.
* Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and delivering fair, consistent outcomes.
* CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification) and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Experience in the health and social care sector (desirable but not essential).
