We're looking for a dynamic IT Operations Manager to lead a diverse team and optimise data operations across key services. This is for an initial 6 month contract with hybrid working of 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4, including 2 junior members and 2 seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving performance.
Use your expertise in mobile telecoms IT systems (BSS/OSS) to deliver actionable insights that enhance billing, contact centres, retail operations, and more.
Conduct trend and data analysis and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights inform operational and strategic plans.
Expertise in creating comprehensive reports that evaluate end-to-end service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing diverse teams and driving performance to achieve business outcomes.
Experience of working within a telecoms environment
Will have a high level, broad end to end understanding of our business and its operational performance; be able to demonstrate knowledge of working in a service orientated environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms; your "data story" should resonate with both leadership and non-tech stakeholders.
Familiarity with reporting tools and scripting languages such as Helix, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
