Main duties of the job
Your Role: As the Ward Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving high-quality patient care while working towards the Nursing Assessment and Accreditation system--our organization's Quality Assessment Tool. You will collaborate with senior leadership and a dynamic team to achieve our goals.

* Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Develop a vision for the ward and influence positive change within the team.
* Ensure seamless, holistic care for patients throughout their inpatient stay.
* Manage the pressures of the role, meeting deadlines and fostering a supportive environment.

Minimum Requirements
This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 2-3 months. Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.

The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses and Midwives who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receive a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely. * Current NMC registration
* Degree level studies or equivalent portfolio of evidence
* Post basic qualification or experience in specialty
* Evidence of working with patients with cognitive impairments
