Showroom Stock Assistant – Until 24th December 2024
Our client has been established for over 150 years and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers). These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff members around Christmas.
They are now looking for a Showroom Stock Assistant to join their team at the busiest time of the year. You will be making sure the shelves always look presentable and ensuring all areas are always stocked up and merchandised.
The role will be starting Monday 18th of November and will finish on 24th of December with full training provided. The salary is £12.00 per hour plus there is an additional £1 p/h if you stay for the duration of the contract. This will be paid as a bonus at the end of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Keeping all areas always stocked up and merchandising daily.
* Responsible for the Members collection area which will include collating Members orders, filing of collections paperwork, and general cleanliness of collections bay area.
* To be self-motivated, numerate, and be able to manage the stock database.
* Make sure the cardboard is packed tidy and disposed of.
* Responsible for any other duties as directed by the Showroom Manager or Deputy.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of working in retail/warehouse environment
* Good Communicator
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work well within a team
* Self-Motivated and approachable
