We have an exciting opportunity to join the operational team at a Build to Rent development in Woking as a Community Host.
We're seeking a new team member who can play an essential role in a community-focused team and provide exceptional customer service to the residents. Every day will present new challenges, requiring a mix of multitasking, creativity, initiative, and a strong set of interpersonal and organizational skills. You'll bring positive energy to every interaction, solve problems swiftly and effectively, and ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued. First impressions matter, so you'll take pride in your presentation, maintaining a clean, stylish, and inviting front-of-house space at all times.
If you're the right fit for this role, you likely:
1. Have experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing, with a clear background in customer service.
2. Are skilled in delivering excellent customer service in a front-facing role.
3. Have strong written and spoken English.
4. Possess solid IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training will be provided for our internal systems).
5. Excel at building positive relationships with both new and long-term residents, as well as team members.
6. Are a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
7. Thrive in a team setting and contribute to a collaborative and open work culture.
8. Can follow company policies and procedures with precision.
