We’re looking for an enthusiastic Reception and In-House Reservations Coordinator to be the friendly face of Dylan Coastal Resort and the expert in managing spa and restaurant reservations. What You’ll Do Manage incoming reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our services and amenities. Make outgoing calls to resort guests to promote restaurant specials and spa packages, effectively communicating the benefits and experiences available. Maintain an organised reservation system, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed. M eet guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Collaborate with the restaurant and spa teams to stay informed about current offerings and promotions, enabling you to provide guests with the most up-to-date information. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest records and processing payments. What We’re Looking For Experience in reception or guest services (hospitality or spa experience is a bonus). Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
