Job Title: Business Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Bid Coordinator to join our client in Beckenham. This is a hybrid role, working 1 day a week at home after probation with the possibility of progressing to 2. The ideal candidate will be a team player with previous bid experience, able to multi-task and work to deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Bids and Marketing Manager in coordinating bids
* Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of bids
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Previous experience in bid coordination or a related field
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
