HR Case Manager - Remote

Location: South West
Salary: Up to £43K DOE
We are currently recruiting for a Field Based HR Case Manager to support our client's business, based in and around the South West Region.
You will need to be CIPD level 5 or above to apply and will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive service with excellent communication and written skills to liaise with all levels across the business. The role will give you in-depth exposure to many complex people matters. The candidate will need to have experience in managing numerous HR cases.
The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters, and focusing on the best outcome for both colleagues and the business. You will be required to deal with serious conduct matters, employee relation issues, employee concerns, and capability. This will include thorough investigations and suspension where required.
Working to strict deadlines and timescales is imperative; therefore, strong time management skills are required.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide face-to-face support to Managers or act as HR lead on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals within nationwide locations.
2. Ensure good employment practice through the provision of clear advice and guidance in line with the company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
3. Adopt a pragmatic approach in offering solutions to managers while recognising legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Work autonomously whilst using your own initiative on delegated work areas and seek advice from senior colleagues when required.
5. Review and prepare letters/documents in readiness for and after formal hearings and provide feedback to Managers where required.
6. Ensure all case management details are recorded accurately on the System and that cases are managed proactively and driven through to conclusion.

2. Compliance with HR policy and legislation/processes.

4. SLAs met.
5. People's issues successfully dealt with by the line with appropriate support.
6. Accurate and timely completion of case management administration.
