This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential What You’ll Be Doing in the Role: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate Deliver catch-up sessions Essential Qualifications: Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
