Duties as a Primary School Teacher:
* Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons that motivate students and foster a love for learning.
* Differentiating your teaching to meet the diverse needs and abilities of your students, ensuring inclusivity and progress for all.
* Monitoring and assessing student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
* Promoting the social, emotional, and academic growth of each student.
* Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a holistic approach to education.
* Participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
* Upholding the school’s values, policies, and high standards of behavior.
What you need as a Primary School Teacher:
* A qualified teacher with a recognized teaching qualification (QTS).
* A passion for primary education and working with children.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* A positive and energetic approach to teaching, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
* A commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
* Previous experience in teaching, particularly in KS2, would be advantageous but not essential.
