NXTGEN have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a globally known brand at there flagship site in Norfolk. Having had a very successful couple of years, business growth looks set to continue and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the business meets it's medium and long term financial objectives. As Senior Finance Business Partner you will utilise your technical and commercial mind set to deliver detailed financial performance data across group, working closely with different business units to enable effective and improved decision making. You will be a key member of the team at month end, producing monthly management information reports including budget and forecasts before analysing variances vs the medium and long term plans.
Key responsibilities:
* Delivery of month end management reports with detailed variance analysis for group
* Produce and review of groups consolidated management accounts
* Provide cost centers with insight on financial performance vs plan
* Assisting with the creation of budget for allocated region
* Influence key financial decisions for the site
* Provide the senior management with relevant and timely information to enable it to assess performance against the Group's strategy and objectives
* Track performance against budget and prior year performance, understand outcome and produce regular reports providing insight of performance for senior management and the Board.
* Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner, contains reliable information which has been agreed by key stakeholders.
* Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Providing detailed commentary and highlighting trends, key actions to be addressed, and impact on strategy.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure the Finance Department is well informed and has a strong relationship with operational leaders across the group.
You will be (CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with a background in business partnering or significant budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience. You will be inquisitively minded with a desire to understand the key drivers of this global business to provide improved financial insights to group leaders. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse significant volumes of data will be key to succeeding in this role and candidates will ideally have had prior experience using financial models. You will need to have confidence partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight on wider business financial performance.
