The Business has built their reputation by providing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants with a service that is second to none; focused on the moving goals of each individual. This person can expect to be working within a close-knit, professional team with excellent support available from motivated individuals within the office.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. A self-motivated driven individual that puts the clients’ needs first.
2. Experience within a Senior Sales / Negotiator role, preferably within Estate Agency; however, training and support will be given from day 1.
3. A professional attitude that takes pride in their work and the service they provide. A real company champion!
4. A great listener & positive mindset.
5. Commercially minded individual that is results-driven with the ability to create sales opportunities and hold deals together.
6. A confident communicator, with experience of consultative selling both in person and over the telephone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Negotiating property sales on behalf of vendors.
2. Conducting professional and informative property viewings.
3. Managing the sales process from offer through to completion, always ensuring a positive experience.
4. Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation for property sales & lettings.
5. Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary £22,000 - £24,000 - Circa £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
