Job summary We have a vacancy for an experienced Practice Nurse qualified in all chronic disease management. The vacancy is for 25-30 hours, spread over 3 or 4 days to suit. We would consider sharing the position between more than one applicant, so may suit a Practice Nurse/s that are looking for more permanent extra hours outside of their existing position. We operate from two sites in rural Cheshire, Tattenhall and Farndon. Session times and days to be agreed with the successful applicant. Start date would be as soon as available.
