Garden Centre Team Leader Tills
Full Time 32 Hours Per Week Including Weekends.
We are currently looking for a full time Garden Centre Team Leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre.
Working in a busy retail environment within the Garden Centre, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills.
You will have a positive “can do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service.
Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department. Responsibilities are performed with considerable independence.

Duties will include:
* Assist in managing the Till Team
* Cashing up the tills AM & PM
* Customer Service
* General Housekeeping
* Using a Till
* Refund and Exchanges
* Investigating and Rectifying any Till Errors
* Assisting in other areas as and when needed
