Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Security Background: Leverage your security experience to maintain a safe and secure environment.
* Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
* Conflict Management: Handle conflicts professionally and efficiently, ensuring a calm and safe resolution.
* Report Writing: Produce accurate and detailed reports, ensuring all incidents are documented comprehensively.
* Punctuality: Maintain impeccable punctuality, ensuring reliability and trustworthiness in your role.
* Patrols: Conduct regular and thorough patrols to detect and prevent security breaches.
* Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
* Reception Duties: Handle reception tasks, greeting and assisting visitors and staff.
* Computer Literate: Utilize computer skills for monitoring systems, reporting, and documentation.
* Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management.
Essential Skills
* SIA licence
* Minimum 1 year security experience
* Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable employment/education history
* Live within a reasonable commuting distance of site (20 miles)
