Lead small group activities and offer one-on-one support to students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing valuable feedback. Create an inclusive environment where every student can succeed. Adapt your support to meet the diverse needs of students. Contribute to the development of school-wide educational programs. What We’re Looking For: HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a teaching support role. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Experience working with children in a classroom setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
