I am seeking an experienced HR Administrator based in Sandwell.
The role is an ongoing contract to support the HR team with HR and recruitment activities. This will be 4 days based onsite.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide HR admin support and manage flexible working requests.
2. Carry out project work as required and drive wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
3. Continuously update policies, handbooks, and HR procedures.
4. Assist the HRBP with additional duties including recruitment activities.
Experience Required
1. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems.
2. Experience working as a HR administrator.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
