Job Description
* Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product selection.
* Offering expert advice on the latest trends and promotions.
* Processing transactions at the till quickly and accurately.
* Ensuring the shop floor is well-presented, with stock replenished and displays up to standard.
* Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends.
* Supporting the store team with day-to-day operations.
* Assisting during in-store events, promotions, and seasonal sales.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
* Passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
