This is a first for the Early Years Sector. You will join us as a Team Leader (supporting our children aged 1-2 years) at our Edwinstowe Nursery in Cambridge on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) and will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 7.45-6.15, Monday-Friday, all-year-round. Someone who: Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting. Main Responsibility A room based management role to ensure responsibility for the day-to-day leadership within your teams, role modelling good practice to the staff team with regard to caring for our children and dealing with staff and parent issues as they arise. This may involve effective time management across several rooms. To have an active role within the Management Team to ensure the effective daily management of the Nursery to implement all Company Policies, Procedures and Oftsed's requirements are maintained at all times.
