Location: UK Remote (with occasional travel to Cardiff HQ and customer/partner site)
Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 pa + OTE

The Role
As our new Sales Leader, you will effectively lead our sales team and help them reach new levels of success. This role is all about driving results - developing and implementing sales strategies that fuel revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and solidify FlyForm’s position as an industry leader.
Your role will be crucial in driving our sales momentum, seizing opportunities, and empowering the sales team to excel. You will be consultative in your approach and lead by example, inspiring your team while providing the guidance and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Performance Management: Drive the team to achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Partner Relationship Management: Strengthen our already established partnerships between us and our committed partners.
* Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek innovative ways to improve sales processes and outcomes.
* Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams such as Marketing, Finance and Client Services to ensure client satisfaction and support overall business objectives.
* Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
* Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Sales Leader with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Experience in successfully selling and creating value propositions for Professional Services & Managed Service offerings.
* Experience within the SaaS industry (bonus points for ServiceNow!).
* Understanding of software licensing and the associated sales cycle.
* Able to create long-lasting relationships with C-Level executives.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Desirable
* Experience with the ServiceNow platform is highly desirable alongside an understanding of other SaaS based solutions.
* Previous experience selling into the Public Sector.
