About the role
We are searching for a Support Worker to help empower the fabulous young adults who attend our adult day service at InFocus. You will provide person-centred, high-quality care to our young adults and support them to make their own decisions, achieve their personal goals, and help them develop and/or maintain daily living skills within an excellent community care setting.
InFocus will support the successful candidate every step of the way by providing an excellent, bespoke induction programme including mandatory training which will ensure a full understanding of the role.
We offer many opportunities for personal development; if you haven’t already obtained a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, we will fund and support you in the enrolment and training of this qualification which is a requirement of the role.
Working pattern
The shift pattern you will be working is Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:30 (part time hours available, days to be agreed at interview stage).
