Join our dedicated team as a Customer Service Advisor, providing comprehensive assistance across various customer inquiries. Use our cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management system to access vital customer information, including scanned application forms and relevant documents. Your main responsibility will be to utilize a repository of information and FAQs to ensure top-notch support for each customer inquiry.
You will engage with customers via phone calls, written communications, or web chat, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Some accounts may involve handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring discretion and sensitivity towards potentially distressing content. Your commitment will be vital in ensuring customers receive the support and care they deserve.
Note: This is a hybrid role based in Preston. You will need to be in the office 1-2 days a week. Training will be remote but may be office-based in Preston.

Minimum requirements:
* Willingness to travel to Preston once a week
