Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment

My client is a market leader in the manufacturing of industrial shredding machines and is looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage the South of the UK.
The Role
1. Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated area.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Stay informed about competitor products and industry advancements.
6. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.
Requirements
1. Sold circa 20 units per year
2. Evidence of circa £4m annual sales revenue
3. Knowledge of industrial shredding machinery or capital equipment
4. Experience in managing own diary and territory
Package
Salary to £70,000 + Commission
