The Role: Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges and serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support. Technical Expertise:Provide in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions, demonstrating how they can address client challenges. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients. Problem-Solving:Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working collaboratively with customers to find effective solutions. Market Insights:Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights. Criteria: Qualification in Food Science or similar Experience in Technical / Quality role or technical account management Proven track record of working with retail customers and UK Multiples Strong understanding of food technology, processing, and safety standards. Familiarity with software and systems related to food production and supply chain management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
