A reputable secondary school situated close to the city centre and Hulme/Whalley Range/Chorlton is looking to take on a graduate who can fulfil the role of a Teaching Assistant. Situated within the school’s Access and Achievement Area, the successful graduate will be supporting students across the subject range but centred upon your own specialist subject and interest. You will liaise with the school SENCO and support team as well as the school’s study centre supervisor. Any graduates from an English, Maths or Science degree background or those confident in supporting students at high school age (11 – 16 years old) are encouraged to apply. There will be plenty of continuous professional development opportunities with the successful Graduate TA being employed on a full time basis from January 6th until July if applicable.
Key aspects of the Graduate Teaching Assistant position:
Pay will be dependent upon experience but range between £1700 - £1850 per month dependent upon confirmed hours and experience

As part of this Teaching Assistant role, you will work with a variety of students as well as support in small group intervention, working with identified students in supporting them with relevant subject material.
