We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function and drive their continued success. About the Role: This newly created role, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company's marketing efforts. You will manage a small but dedicated marketing team and be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's ambitious 5-year growth objectives. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership position, ideally with C-Suite/Marketing Director experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand positioning, tailored to different geographies. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive lead generation and brand awareness, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value clients and large-scale projects. Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to create and implement campaigns and tools aimed at winning large projects and key accounts. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions. Oversee multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and drive retention. Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Analyse marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Skills and Attributes: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
