The Role
The purpose of the role is to support the people experience key lifecycle moments that matter. These include engagement and community initiatives with capability building support.

You will have an understanding of the people experience and bringing people on a journey of learning. You will be comfortable with ‘change being the only constant’ and able to adapt as needed.
What youll be doing:
1. The Culture & Capability Partner plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and delivering programs that drive a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce. This role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive a values-based culture, enhance leadership capability, foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, and support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Leadership Development
1. Design and implement leadership development programs that build capability across all levels of the organisation.
2. Partner with leaders to develop and embed leadership frameworks that align with organisational values and strategy.
3. Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching, and development initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
4. Measure the impact of leadership development initiatives and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Organisational Development & Change
1. Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new ways of working.
2. Develop and deliver capability-building initiatives that drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning strategies.
4. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of OD programs.
Inclusion & Belonging
1. Champion and embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles into organisational practices and programs.
2. Develop and deliver initiatives that foster a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and included.
3. Provide expert guidance on inclusive leadership and best practices for creating psychologically safe work environments.
4. Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and key stakeholders to drive meaningful DEIB outcomes.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. 5+ years’ experience in designing and driving broad, organisation-wide culture and engagement initiatives.
2. Organisational development thought leadership including Leadership, engagement, inclusion and culture.
3. Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
4. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing inclusion and belonging initiatives.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
6. Well-developed human centred design skills and experience.
7. Excellent understanding of organisational change principles, models and approaches.
8. Advanced project management experience and stakeholder management skills.
