Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
2. Plan and create menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients
3. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
4. Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
5. Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
7. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Experience:
1. Previous experience working as a chef or in a similar role
2. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary principles
3. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
