If you’re an experienced leader eager to tackle complex technical challenges, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll need:
* Direct experience of Pension and Investment business applications and services.
* Previous experience leading migrations from legacy to modern solutions to ensure a positive outcome with safe transition of customer data and clear operational/technology ownership.
* Background leading functional areas using agile methodologies/tools while bringing a wider background in all typical delivery frameworks and approaches to ensure success.
* Knowledge of one or more technologies to enable delivery of key critical initiatives.
* Taking ownership for setting and managing an area so that they align with organisational strategy.
* Growing capabilities within a functional area or agile lab while personally investing in the growth of own and others' capabilities across the organisation through mentoring and other informal methods.
* Leading senior relationships by engaging with internal customers to understand their long-term strategic challenges while using large support/delivery teams to meet their strategic requirements.
