A Winchester based build contractor is seeking a Part Time (2-3 days per week) Project Coordinator with strong IT skill sets as this role required someone well organised and use to forward planning, be an excellent communicator, exceptional admin / organisational and time management skills clearly someone with the ability to manage a process, therefore transferable skills are essential in this very fast-paced building and maintenance contractor whom specialise in new build and refurbishments works with a leading food retailer. Producing permits for every project Liaising with the client to plan and execute each project on-site Arrange delivery of materials Arranging and re-arranging sub contractors Arranging handover of site notes and information to then produce reports with annotated drawings Creating Tender folders with supporting docs Typing up of minutes taken during the meetings Completing New Supplier Questionnaires and sending out with supporting documentation Managing site labour certificates Booking training courses for all Maintenance Division personnel Preparing invoices after completion of each project Signing off supplier invoices ensuring costs and payment terms are correct On offer is a flexible working arrangement coupled with a competitive salary package with progression for the right person
