What the Job Involves This role requires processing all incoming communications from the Traffic Enforcement Centre, including In-Time applications, Out of Time Applications, N244 Hearings, Refusal Judgements, Revoking Orders, and miscellaneous correspondence. You will update the Council's records and respond to incoming correspondence relating to Orders for Recovery of Unpaid Penalties and Warrants with Enforcement Agents. The role involves liaising with Enforcement Agents to convey any important notifications, reviewing weekly remittances, and addressing discrepancies. Additionally, the role includes maintaining IT system records regarding warrant re-seal addresses and reviewing and cleansing potentially bad debts at the pre-debt registration stage.
