We are a specialist therapeutic children's care provider who create nurturing homes full of warmth for the children we care for. We are a supportive and welcoming team who hold therapeutically caring for children at the centre of everything we do. Our knowledgeable clinical and operational staff work in collaboration to provide our children with the holistic, family orientated, therapeutic care they need. We are led by experienced professionals and health professionals in the field of trauma who have a desire to make a real difference.
Our children can range from 6 - 17 years old and have all been impacted by trauma in some way, which has a direct influence on how they see the world around them now. One of our many roles at Nurture is to help them settle, feel safe and build trust.
We value our teams and the work they do immensely; they are the heartbeat of our organisation and have the ability to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. To enable you to do this, we provide ongoing support, including monthly well-being sessions for our teams and reflective practice sessions. We will also invest in you and your development, which includes regular bespoke training sessions delivered by our in-house clinical team and offer industry recognised qualifications.
Enjoy the benefits of working for a care provider that truly cares and recognises the important and at times challenging role you play, led by residential childcare experts with a focus on therapeutic care and staff well-being.
