Senior IT Technician Job description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to provide first-class, customer focused IT support across a diverse and challenging range of technology. You will be working as part of a team of IT professionals and will be working closely with the IT Support Manager to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to the entire organisation. This role requires a high level of technical understanding and troubleshooting skills. The ideal applicant will be a flexible, strong team player with a can-do attitude. You will have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft and Apple desktop and server operating systems and applications. Experience of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is essential.
