Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm
They ensure the most effective and up-to-date approaches are implemented to prepare learners to successfully progress in their Health and Social Care qualification.
Our apprenticeship program provides learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in Health and Social Care, equipping them with essential skills for a successful career in the industry.
Ensure the highest training standards by adapting to learner needs.
Cover a regional area and travel to learners' workplaces for assessments.
Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets.
Arrange additional training through day release and provide in-house training support as needed.
Keep detailed records of clients' achievements to meet the performance criteria established by relevant awarding bodies.
Relevant training experience and teaching qualifications (e.g., Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
Welsh speaking is desirable.
