HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Watford (Office-Based)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
I am seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join a client in Watford. This role involves working closely with senior management to drive key HR initiatives, foster talent, and shape the organisation's HR strategy.
Requirements:
Postgraduate in HR or CIPD Full/Part Qualified.
Experience in fast-paced sectors such as consumer goods or retail.
Global HR experience and a strong background in developmental HR strategies are advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management: Support job descriptions, career pathways, and succession planning.
Performance Coaching: Assist managers in setting KPIs and delivering effective appraisals.
Reward & Recognition: Manage employee reward programmes and annual salary reviews.
Employee Engagement: Lead engagement surveys, analyse feedback, and implement improvements.
Learning & Development: Promote continuous development through training and external partnerships.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Enhance hiring practices and ensure smooth employee integration.
Employee Relations & Wellbeing: Provide HR guidance and lead wellbeing initiatives.
Internal Communications: Deliver key updates and empower leaders to engage with teams.
Strategic HR: Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
