We are looking for a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their growing regulatory team. Key responsibilities of the Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer role include: Directly line managing 1 Civil Litigation Lawyer, 1 SEN/Education Lawyer and 1 Legal Assistant. To be able to work autonomously and make decisions. Assisting with the allocation of work and 1:1s. Deputising for the Principal Lawyer and assisting with the training and development of junior staff members. General housing litigation matters such as anti social behaviour, possession claims, injunctions. Civil Litigation matters including; contractual disputes, judicial review and non-payment of care home fees. Assisting the legal team with employment matters, such as discrimination cases, equal pay claims and HR queries.
