Provide general admin support to technical teams to assist them to effectively manage their projects Assisting with booking travel and accommodation for the Engineering Department Booking in Engineering / Project Orders using Windows CRM Dynamics Assisting Engineering Manager with booking Engineering jobs using CRM Dynamics Updating & Reviewing Projects Budget Sheets (Excel) along with the relevant Project Engineer Collating Engineer's Time sheets - entering data on Budget sheets & Sage Engineering & Projects Invoice Preparation Raising Engineering & Projects Invoices on Sage Preparing Payment Applications in line with Subcontracts - (leading to raising internal invoices). Administration of Training Records & Matrixes Booking internal / external training course. Supplier / Sub-Contractor Questionnaires Involvement in HSQE - i.e. collating information and updating job folders.
