Role
As a National Account Manager, you will take direct responsibility for managing the Aldi account, a key strategic relationship for the business. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work in an autonomous environment where you will have the opportunity to influence business decisions and contribute to overall strategy. In addition to working closely with the wider commercial team, you will collaborate with the development and procurement teams to ensure the highest level of service and product quality is delivered to customers.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the retail channel. You will ideally be operating as a National Account Executive or Junior NAM and looking for the next step in your career. Experience working with private-label food products is essential, along with a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Benefits - £45,000 to £55,000 & benefits
Location - This is a hybrid working role with the successful candidate spending 3/4 days at head office, Worcestershire and 1/2 days working from home.
