Job Title: Service Desk Co-ordinator
Salary: up to £24,000pa - £28,000
Location: Lichfield
Details: Monday - Friday / 40 hour week / Company pension / 20+8 holidays

We are a family-run business established for over 40 years within the service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment. Over the years, we have grown from strength to strength, now owning a group of companies across the Midlands. We have long-serving engineers and a very low turnover, which, due to our reputation, has led to many returning customers, including pub chains such as Marston's and Green Kings.
The role:
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Co-ordinator in our office to be the first point of call for the service engineers and clients, completing the following tasks:
1. Allocating work to the service engineers
2. Managing emails and telephone call enquiries
3. Ordering parts
4. Keeping clients up to date
5. Chasing up jobs and ensuring someone is assigned to them
6. Processing job sheets, quotes, purchase orders
7. Ensuring administration processes work effectively
Requirements:
1. Previous experience on a service desk
2. Great communication and customer skills
3. Able to work well in a team
4. IT literate
