Right now, we need to strengthen our packaging team with a Packaging Development Manager who will work with cross-functional teams as well as suppliers to ensure world-class packaging solutions for all of Marshall Amplification. What You’ll Do The Packaging Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire packaging development process, from concept to production, in alignment with the Marshall Amplification Product Journey. This role involves collaborating with suppliers to create retail and transportation packaging solutions that meet our standards for product protection, sustainability, and branding. You will establish and maintain timelines for packaging development, ensuring all projects meet quality and logistical requirements. This position requires technical ownership of packaging solutions, supervision of sample quality at suppliers, and continuous feedback loops to optimize solutions for Marshall Amplification's logistics. Roles & Responsibilities Project Management : Establishing and maintaining development timelines in cooperation with project managers and suppliers to ensure timely project completion. Technical Ownership: Taking charge of packaging solutions to ensure they align with quality, sustainability goals, and logistical needs while managing costs. Quality monitoring: Overseeing the quality of samples and prototypes at supplier locations, taking full responsibility for planning, executing, and evaluating reliability tests, and working closely with the internal quality team to implement necessary improvements based on test results. Regulatory Reporting: Support the preparation of documentation to ensure that packaging solutions meet relevant regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the team responsible for regulatory submissions to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers globally to facilitate project progression and gather feedback for continuous improvement. You Probably Have the Following Experiences & Skills: Bachelor or Master of Science in a relevant field (Product Development, Material Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Development, or similar. Solid experience in technical packaging development or packaging design of consumer products Knowledge of packaging materials and related production and decoration processes Some experience with Artwork as an artwork or similar Project management experience in packaging or product development Experience working in cross-functional development teams Strong drive, ownership, and focus on results Bonus if you have been working with partners and suppliers in Asia.
