This key role involves coordinating requests to the appropriate trainers, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently with a strong focus on minimising travel and mileage through effective route planning. A solid understanding of geographical areas and route optimisation is essential for success in this role. Key Duties Overall management of the schedules for our field-based trainers, including continual review to ensure route optimisation at all times Maintain regular communication with field-based trainers to ensure smooth scheduling, Liaise with clients to offer and follow up on training dates Research overseas travel requirements, including flight options and travel times to support overseas client bookings Resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and trainers Education & Experience Requirements: A confident, motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment An enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and processes Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
