Lead Our Culinary Team
Houston & Hawkes is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our catering team in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality food production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results
* Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
* Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
* Manage stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing a kitchen team
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
* Computer literacy and ability to use kitchen management software
